Prints Production and Delays

All prints are exclusively produced in France and shipped domestically or internationally from France. The production time is approximately 10 business days, depending on the time of year. A confirmation of production and shipping timelines will be systematically provided with the final quote before your order is placed.

 

For technical reasons (rare), the stated timeline may occasionally be extended. In such cases, you will be promptly informed. No refunds will be issued for delays in production or shipping.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive email confirmation at each stage of your print’s production process. All orders are shipped via La Poste (France) or a private carrier and include a tracking number, which will be provided to you upon dispatch.

 

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be received before your order is shipped. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

 

Certificates of Authenticity

Each print is delivered with:

• A signed A4 Certificate of Authenticity.

• A numbered and signed certificate affixed to the back of the print.

Only these official documents certify the authenticity and quality of the print as a unique work of art. These certificates may not be copied, reproduced, or digitally altered in any form.

 

International Orders and Customs Responsibilities

Since the prints are produced and shipped from France, all international orders (outside of the European Union) are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping charge. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

 

These charges are determined by the destination country and can vary depending on the product type, its declared value, and local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and settle these fees.

 

To estimate the potential costs for your shipment, we recommend contacting your local customs office or reviewing your country’s import regulations.

 

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, it will be abandoned by the carrier; 

• If the customer refuses to pay the required duties or taxes, and the item is returned to us;

• If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, resulting in the item being lost or abandoned.

 

Customs Clearance Delays 

Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays in international shipments. In some cases, customs officials may inspect or hold shipments for further processing, which could result in additional delays.
